The Cult to reunite?
My bud told me earlier tonight that The Cult might be reuniting for a tour in 2006. That's amazing news. Obviously they are one of my all time favorite bands and my goal - after I win my first big tourney - is to get them to play a house party.Sort of like Jeff Spicoli in Fast Times At Ridgemont High when he got Van Halen to play his bash with his reward money after saving Brooke Shields from drowning.
On a golf note, made it out to Palm Desert for the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic on Monday morning. Staying at the same house I've rented the past few years. Hopefully it'll bring me some luck. It's a five day tournament out here - which means four different courses Wednesday through Saturday then back to the main course on Sunday.
I tee off at 8:30 am on Wednesday at PGA West (Palmer Course.) Worked out aspects of my game the past few days with my coach Mike Owen and hope to get off to a great start tomorrow morning.

I can't wait for the Cult to tour this year. Very cool that PP is a fan. I had no idea. I've been sold on them since "Love" and never looked back. Saw them in concert a few times and bar none they are one of the best bands of the past 20 years.
Will definitely look for Pat up front when the Cult plays in my hometown of Mesa.
