Double P fires opening round 67 in Reno...
RENO, NV - Double P opened Thursday's round with a birdie and never looked back. His 3 on the par-4 set the tone for the day.Perez netted another birdie on #3 and picked up three more on the back nine, at #11, #13 and #14. He enters Friday t-7th and four strokes off the lead. Will MacKenzie made a late charge on Thursday with a -9 round for a 63 on the day.
Today's -5 was PP's first bogey-free round since shooting 60 in the opening round of this year's Bob Hope Classic back in January.
